If you are on the Evolutionary Path, then you are still building it.

Just because you can divide something up into identifiable component parts does not mean it was assembled out of those component parts. Let us not fool ourselves into thinking that there is some 'Architect' behind the curtain designing sensible systems that we can figure out and control. That is not the purpose of distinguishing and exploring your Inner Structure.

The purpose of gaining practical awareness of your Inner Structure is to take Radical Responsibility for the consequences you are creating for yourself (and others...), and, from this orientation, to look into the heart of the matter - regardless of what degree of darkness or brokenness gets exposed - so as to gain the Possibility of Choosing in places where before 'things just happened' for reasons beyond your awareness.

Human beings are holisms, just like the material world. We are complex interconnected systems, intimately intertwined with our:

• past / present / future
• external / interface / internal environments
• physical / intellectual / emotional / energetic / archetypal bodies
• upperworld / middleworld / underworld
• biological / social / spiritual / destiny
• conscious purpose / unconscious purpose (e.g. Hidden Purpose of your Gremlin, Hidden Competing Commitments, Old Decisions that remain active, etc.)

In the middle of this mess, it is easy for you to imagine an apple, for example, but in reality, there is no such thing as an apple. (This is not meant to communicate what the 'Neo' character in the first Matrix film was told by the psychic-adept child to realize that: 'there is no spoon'. Perhaps we will get that far... but for now we are speaking plainly.)

You fool yourself into imagining that there is 'one apple' because you can count it, name it, touch it, hide it, eat it, give it away, etc. However, the apple is merely one way of perceiving a system of four billion years of biological evolution on this very special planet we call Earth. The apple is one tiny part of an entire ecosystem of bacteria- and fungus-infested composting soils, communication exchanges between tree roots and mycelia, climate patterns, an orchard of well-bred apple trees visited by enough pollinators and insectivores that the trees can grow to maturity, not to mention the farmer... and her husband... and the transportation infrastructure of trucks, ships, cargo planes, and markets...

There is no apple. There is a system out of which, from time to time, in certain circumstances, you can pluck and eat an apple. However, beware that you are merely a pawn in this game. With smells and colors and tastes, the apple genes easily manipulate you into carrying them to new spawning grounds. From the apple genes' perspective, you are merely the courier of it genetic material. In the end, the apple orchard uses you for compost to make more apples.

Without believing that your Inner Structure is something separate from a whole system, you can notice certain effects coming from certain inner designs, and you can arrive at the question: "Where did my Inner Structure come from?"

The only useful answer to that question is that you made your Inner Structure yourself. You are the source of it.

Choosing any answer that involves others, your environment, or external forces, leaves you disempowered. This is not interesting from a Possibilitator's point of view.

If indeed your biological structure is designed in the image of the archetypal, and it is capable of functioning as the archetypal in action (e.g. being the space through which your Bright Principles and Archetypal Lineage can do their work in the world...), then anything less than Radical Responsibility for creating and sustaining your Inner Structure does not respect the honor and dignity of being alive.

If you Radically Rely on your assertion of Radical Responsibility, you enter the Archetypal Domains of Radical Simplicity where Possibility Management flies. There you have an Inner Structure that is on fire with Clarity, Possibility, Transformation and Love.

Radical Responsibility for creating your Inner Structure is the Doorway to doing successful Self Surgeries, and providing Initiatory, Healing, and Transformational Processes for others and their Gameworlds.

If you built it, what did you build it for?

At the moment it looks to us like this: In the beginning, as a baby in your mother's belly, and as a baby and a child in the world, you built an initial, temporary, Inner Structure for the purpose of Surviving in your surrounding culture and times until you build enough Matrix to take Radical Responsibility for yourself.

If you were unschooled, that moment would begin around sixteen years of age. If you were sent into any kind of structured schooling, including public school, private school, Montessori, Waldorf, etc., readiness seems to first appear at eighteen or nineteen years of age, or is delayed as late as thirty-five or forty, after you experience the shock of seeing 'the horror of the situation'.

Your original Inner Structure is intended to have the temporary - though crucial - status that an eggshell has to a bird, turtle, lizard, snake, shark, snail, etc., a cocoon to a moth, a chrysalis to a butterfly, etc., because... deep in our nature, we plan to encounter the liberating chaos of authentic adulthood initiatory processes delivered upon us - whether our Box and Gremlin want them or not - at the proper moment to crack open our survival strategy and permit us to begin living.

But modern culture fails us. Initiatory processes were eliminated 6,000 years ago from patriarchal hierarchies to protect uninitiated individuals who successfully climbed hierarchical power structures. Those best suited to do whatever it takes to attain power would be the psychopathic personalities - who would naturally be detected during authentic initiations and forbidden from ever holding any position of power. This explains why no amount of good will and intelligent proposals are approved by the hierarchy. A bright future for humanity is not on a psychopath's agenda.

Next culture - archearchy - is radically different from modern culture, in that next culture is centered around preparing for and then engaging in ongoing authentic adulthood initiatory processes.

The difficulty at this time being: Where are the authentic adulthood initiators? 

It is not enough to merely talk well at conferences and find your way into the leading-edge speakers circuit. An archearchy Initiator, in reality, creates the context of, holds space in all three worlds for, and step-by-step navigates authentic adulthood initiatory processes that deliver extraordinary healing and transformation.

It is a paradox: One must already be initiated before one can deliver authentic adulthood initiations. Where do initiators get initiated?

We are in the process of pulling ourselves up by our bootstraps, so to speak. We start over again from zero because now there is no other choice but raw invention.

Why can't we simply return to the stone-age and apply indigenous initiations? The answer is clear: Indigenous initiations re-locate your Point Of Origin into a system of traditions and ancestors that duplicates what has proven to work in a stable environment for tens of thousands of years. The problem being that conditions now are not stable, anywhere, and... there is no culture on Earth worth duplicating at this time, as every culture uses Standard Human Intelligence Thoughtware (S.H.I.T.) which can only generate the capitalist patriarchal empire, even if it is painted green...

The realization from all this is that new (regenerative) behavior is needed now.

(Did you ever think you could get new results without changing your behavior? So do a lot of people... Isn't that funny?)

New behavior comes from new conscious decisions.

(If decisions are not conscious, they cannot be new. They simply follow unconscious patterns.)

New conscious decisions come from new options to choose from.

(How can a new decision be made from an old option?)

New options to choose from come from new thoughtware.

New thoughtware comes from new Context.

Our job here is to re-locate your Inner Structure to originate from a new Context.

You think this is going to be fun or comfortable, without Liquid State free-fall groundlessness?

Yeah, well... someone has to go first. May as well be you, eh?

If you look around at other people from your country or not, in your family or not, from your neighborhood or not, in your line of work or not, it is fast and easy to Scan their Inner Structure. What you are perceiving is what they are perceiving. And amazingly, what you are perceiving their Inner Structure with is your own Inner Structure!

Think of it this way. If you want someone else to help you accomplish a certain job, you look around for someone who would do the job best.

Do you look at their resumé? Their CV? How many degrees they have? Probably not. That only proves they are good at delivering whatever BS is required to acquire the certifications.

What do you scan for, then? Their Inner Structure.

You use your own Inner Structure to Notice what the other person is Noticing with. This is their Inner Structure. What you Notice is in relation to your own Inner Structure. It cannot be any other way than this. The receiving antenna must match the design of the transmitter.

You use your own Inner Structure to map onto other people's Inner Structure, and through subtle interactions you detect how their Inner Structure formulates the world for them.

• Are they a Victim?
• To which external authority figures to they throw away their Center? Male? Female? Technical? Medical? Why?
• Are they quiet and mousy, or do they speak out? How bold are they? How intelligent is their boldness? 
• Is their boldness collaborative or competitive? Which of the 3 Games are they playing? Why?
• How do they stand in their Identity? Is it clear? Adaptive? Recalcitrant? Full of fear? Full of unconscious anger?
• Do they have an "I'm okay" Box? Or an "I'm not okay" Box? Or a "Fuck you! You can't get me!" Box? Or "I'm invisible but superior" Box?
• With what awareness do they Speak?
• With what awareness do they Listen?
• What is their First Position? How aware are they of this orientation?
• How big is their Being (their useable Matrix) compared to the effectiveness of their Inner Structure? (Some people have a big Being but a weak Inner Structure.)
• To what degree are they competent in life? In what areas? Is their competence real or fake?
• What are their relationships like? 
• How much Love do they generate?
• How much Love can they receive?
• Which of their Parts are they aware of? Which Parts get triggered, or bored, and take over without the person's awareness or permission?
• Is their life about their own Survival? Or are they serving something greater than themselves and contributing through creating Value?
• What is their Thoughtware? What Thoughtmaps do they use? Are the conscious? Or Unconscious?
• Are they able to estimate worthwhile risks in the real world, or are they disconnected in a Fantasy World?
• In what way do they understand the energetics and Power Flow of money? How much cash do they have in their wallet right now?
• To what degree is their Adult Ego State contaminated or Decontaminated with their Child Ego State, Parent Ego State, Gremlin Ego State, or Demon Ego State?
• What Teams do they represent? How well do they feed their Circle?
• To what degree are they aware of and committed to being on a Quest?
• What kind of Legends are they making?
• Do they have a clear sense of Timing?
• How consciously do they participate in Gameworlds?
• What is their relationship to Nothingness?
• What is their Schtick? What is the orientation of their sense of humor? Is it High Drama or Low Drama humor?
• How consciously do they negotiate Status transactions?
• How well can they Consciously Feel?
• What are the qualities and effectiveness of the Space that they Hold and Navigate?
• Where is their Gremlin? What is it up to?
• What are they doing with their Sexual Energy?
• How abused have they been? To what degree have they transformed these experiences for their own benefit?
• What is the Purpose of their interactions?
• Which of the Four Brains is dominant?
• How are they wasting time and energy? How sloppy are their interactions and creations?
• What messes are they unconsciously making for someone else to clean up?
• How do they deal with Zombies?
• Which of the 18 Box designs did they adopt? In particular, are they running the Confusion of Box 13?
• What kind of Brain Splits are unhealed in their Inner Structure?
• What kind of Mind Machines are interfering with their ability to make Connection?
• How elegantly can they make Proposals and Negotiate Intimacy?
• How afraid of they of Nonlinear and Unreasonable Possibilities?
• Which of the 8 Prisons have they escaped? Which are they still imprisoned inside?
• Can they make Segway Phrases?
• Which Doorways can they see and go through? Which Doorways can they make and offer to others?
• Which of their 13 Tools can they use?
• Which Memetic Constructs are they imprisoned inside of?
• How well do they navigate Liquid States?
• How big is their Comfort Zone? What will they not give up?
• What are their Beliefs? What is their benefit for believing these things?
• What Assumptions are they making?
• What are their Expectations?
• What Projections do they place on spaceholders? On women? On men?
• What Prejudices, Taboos, and Superstitions are they trapped in?
• Can they start interesting conversations with strangers?
• How important are Agreements to them? How clearly crafted are their Agreements? 
• How concerned are they about keeping their promises? How is their Integrity? How well do they keep their Word?
• How are they around children?
• How are they around animals and insects?
• How do they React to being insulted?
• What are their Buttons? Hooks? Triggers? Traumas? Imbalances?
• How much do they listen to the Voices in their head?
• How are they around Assholes? How much of a Conscious Asshole can they be?
• How are they around nature outside of civilization? How far have they healed their Technopenuriaphobia?
• How consciously can they Bullshit?
• To what degree can they Improvise?
• How well do they source Time?
• How well do they make use of the 9 Gaps?
• What are their secrets?
• Can they Fly?
• What are they trying to do, really?

All this and much more your Inner Structure instantaneously detects or fails to detect - either because that part of their Inner Structure is invisible to your Inner Structure because you have not taken possession of that part of your Inner Structure, or because something in your Inner Structure derives a benefit from not seeing that part of their Inner Structure, and is already devising plans to put your ignorance to work for unconscious shadowworld purposes outside of your awareness...

Your own Inner Structure can only detect according to its own shape, context, purpose, etc. The world is your mirror, if you observe yourself.

By writing down what you detect about the Inner Structure of others, you discover your own Inner Structure.

Your Inner Structure is an actual structure.

For the most part, it is an energetic structure. But your Inner Structure has a shape. It has a form. More importantly, it has Reasons. You are easily able to justify or explain why your Inner Structure is like it is. You do this mostly to yourself. You have justified and explained why you are like you are to yourself so often that by now you believe your Reasons are true, that your Reasons are the cause. The reasons is not the cause.

Why did you design your Inner Structure to be like it is right now? What circumstances were you in? How did the clever design of your Inner Structure allow you to survive this circumstance?

After all these years of enduring the relational and causative consequences of your Inner Structure's particular shape, why have you not changed that shape before now? What is your benefit (and your Gremlin's benefit, and your mother's benefit...) of keeping your Inner Structure unchanged?

What is stopping you from changing any of the parts of your Inner Structure right now? What is in the way?

What would you require to make changes in the formation and function of your Inner Structure?

What would you fear to change in your Inner Structure? What is the fear about, really?

What would you grieve to lose about the form of your Inner Structure? What would you want to preserve at all costs? Why, really?

What parts of your Inner Structure would you be very glad to change?

What would insult you about having to change some part of your Inner Structure?

Who has an Inner Structure that you would like to copy, at least parts of?

Which character in which book or film would you like to model your upgraded Inner Structure on? What does their Inner Structure look like, in detail?

What practices would show up to implement new behaviors from an upgraded Inner Structure?

Who could hold space for your Emotional Healing Processes and respect you during the Liquid States of upgrading your Inner Structure?

Healing and upgrading your Inner Structure will naturally occur through coincidence and accident very, very slowly over the period of your entire life. This is because the general overall purpose of the Universe is Evolution of Consciousness. Like the needle on a compass points ever so gently towards magnetic north, human consciousness moves towards evolution.

What this typically means is that, unless you end by Sudden Death (which is NOT funny, or then again, maybe Sudden Death IS funny...), you slowly languish in greater or lesser amounts of pain, and can use this time to consider your life. What could you have done differently? What were your mistakes? What was amazing? What did you miss? What would you have done differently if given another chance? Who did you never apologize to? Who do you still hold with resentment as your enemies? Who did you never say "I love you" to? Who did you not say "Goodbye" to?

And so on...

Ordinary Evolution Of Consciousness occurs through deathbed self-recriminations. Which it is too little, and too late to be of much real value. But the Universe has more time than you, and also does not have the advantage of being Alive in a way that lets it invent new ways to catalyze the Evolution Of Consciousness... But you do have that advantage.

To what degree are you taking advantage of your advantage?

Some people take on the hobby of Evolving Consciousness, in the same way that some people take on the hobby of training a dog to lie down and roll over, or some people take on the hobby of knitting socks, or some people take on the hobby of growing tropical fruit trees like Rambutan or Mangosteen or Durian or Cherimoya, or some people take on the hobby of building radio-controlled robot monsters to fight against other people's radio-controlled robot monsters like Crash-Car Derby (which is another hobby).

By now it should be clear that there are millions of very weird hobbies out there, and millions of people participate in them. Some people even have the hobby of spending prime time doing things they don't like doing to receive credits in a computer that they then donate to a gameworld as so-called taxes, which the gameworld then uses to build nuclear weapons, train soldiers, and maintain real-life war games around the world, rather than, say, upgrading human thoughtware to shift into regenerative cultures so humans have a future on Earth...

Recognizing the wide variety of possibly insane hobbies regularly enjoyed by millions of people around the world should ignite the startling idea that you, yourself, personally, could take on the hobby of Evolving Your Own Consciousness And Helping Others Evolve Theirs without worrying anymore about being 'burned at the stake as a witch', because even though Evolving Consciousness Without Drugs is transformational, ecstatic, and often magical... it is just a hobby! This particular hobby facilitates your evolution of consciousness faster and more thoroughly than it would evolve without you being actively involved in this hobby. Some people hate this idea. Some people love the idea. There ain't no arguing about tastes when it comes to hobbies!

Once you leap over the Identity-Shift barrier and see yourself as 'one of those weirdos who loves the hobby of the Evolution Of Consciousness without the use of drugs...', it quickly becomes apparent that you cannot do this hobby alone.

Almost no hobbies are done entirely alone. It has often been said: "Fish of a feather, fly together! "(...something like that.) Where is your common interest Team?

You need a Team, because no matter how expert you are at Self Observation or Noticing, you miss multidimensional perspective. You miss seeing the parts of your psycho-emotional neurosis that do not want to be seen out of fear that your entire life depends on you NEVER changing these Old Decisions, removing these Energetic Blocks, unleashing this Potential, healing this Past Life Vow, changing this Hidden Competing Commitment, bypassing this Mind Machine, sewing up this Brain Split, reconsidering this Expectation or Conclusion, etc.

You have a Secret Life going on... but it is only secret to you. Other people see your Secret Life plain as day... as clearly as you see theirs.

"One hand washes the other," so they say. "I'll scratch your back if you scratch mine." You get the idea.

You now have the best answer we have ever discovered! Any organization is a gameworld, from a family to a community to a club to a company to a culture... all gameworlds. Government is a gameworld.

The Inner Structure a gameworld is established by its Context, Bright Principles, and Rules of Engagement as defined in its Codex.

Of course, many gameworlds have not documented their Codex to make the gameworld participants conscious of what they are actually doing together. In that case, participants are serving unconscious purposes (Shadow Principles).

You support the Values of any gameworld you participate in.

Participating in a gameworld without consciously choosing to serve its Values makes you a Zombie.

The first step to providing transformational and healing to a gameworld is to identify its Inner Structure to everyone involved.

A gameworld's inner structure can be simpler to distinguish than an individual person's inner structure, but no less devastating... in the same way that what looks like utter devastation to a caterpillar, looks like liberation to the emerging butterfly.

The general movement of awareness is evolutionary, meaning there is a preference and precedence leaning towards the expansion of awareness - as opposed to stasis of awareness, or the shrinking and loss of awareness.

What this means is that any services that you can offer which provide awareness expansion so that an organization's participants (including its spaceholders) can become more tangibly aware of the form and implications of the gameworld's Inner Structure, serves the bigger picture of the evolution of consciousness, and will be - in both subtle and profound ways - supported by archetypal forces of nature.

Even if a mass of a gameworld's participants voice a preference for maintaining the status quo due to their unconscious fears and their efforts to protect juicy supplies of regular Gremlin food, even if you are fired by a gameworld for your awareness-expanding efforts (the modern equivalent of being 'burned at the stake'), overall your Value-Creating impact increases. The hint being to roll into the next job that lands on your bench and keep going.

But the opposite can also be true. Even if a mass of a gameworld's participants voice a preference for upgrading their gameworld to archearchal thoughtware, context, power structure, and practices, those few who regard themselves as 'being the sole and legitimate decision-makers of the gameworld' can simply not attend your meetings, 'reorganize' or 'downsize' or 'outsource' any departments wanting to adopt your proposals, and in short, sabotage or undermine your work to maintain the status quo.

Wrestling away 'power' and 'legitimacy' from irrelevant or 'harmful' gameworlds uses the same procedures as making changes in a completely enthusiastic gameworld, start by demanding to be given the gameworld's Codex.

If it is non-existent, ask to be told the gameworlds Context, Bright Principles, and Rules Of Engagement.

If these are not provided, you already know you are dealing with a mixed-context gameworld, the sole and real purpose of which is to provide participants with an ongoing and steady supply of Gremlin Food to create a Low Drama, competitive, I win - you lose, finite game.

At this point it is necessary to speak in private with the primary investors and stakeholders and put this big pile of under-the-carpet Poop On The Table. Use Radical Relating to demand to know exactly why they would ever want to change their gameworld. Probably they do not want to change it. Probably they only want to delude their shareholders and delude the people marching outside their front doors. Remember, you are speaking with the Gremlins in charge of defending the psychopathic hierarchy. If they change the Inner Structure of their Gremlin-feeding gameworld, where will their Gremlins get their food? Your main message is: "Evolution is happening. Don't be left behind playing in a stupid gameworld."

Fewer and fewer people are willing to remain deluded. More and more people are realizing that it is not so fun expecting the government and corporations (including the medical industrial complex) to take care of them and being over and over again deceived. More and more people are taking back their Authority, their Voice, and their power to build and inhabit new gameworlds that make existing gameworlds irrelevant. It is simply more fun.

Anyone from the gameworld you are consulting who seriously engages with your Radically Honest and Radically Simple questions may be ready for a life-change, and can be directed to the Team that is delivering Gremlin Transformation work and the next Team that is doing Adult Ego State Decontamination, in association with EHP Dojos (Emotional Healing Process Dojos). Your job, for the moment, is done. Collect your fees and leave the space, vanishing it behind you.
